After a tree fell on the house damaging the roof, water infiltration mandated replacement of kitchen cabinets, carpet in one bedroom and wood flooring in the great room and kitchen.
Winter Sun corrected previous failed attempts at waterproofing difficult sections of this roof. The chimney required new framing to divert water. Intricate flashing was involved around valleys, chimney, skylights and pipes.
