Yet more evidence that attempts had been tried to fix these problems. This damage was caused by an improperly installed gutter collecting water and debris.
This overhang was secured with metal strap to prevent it from sagging. New plywood and framing were installed as needed.
Special underlayment was installed on the shallow pitch and its valleys to prevent future problems.
This eight foot wide fireplace needed a structure to divert water. Winter Sun craftsmanship will prevent future water damage in this area. Flashing was integrated into the masonry for a watertight seal.

An old range hood was sealed with metal flashings. Transitions between pitches and sidewalls were protected.
