An Energy Efficiency Inspection revealed this standing water and saturated concrete block in the crawlspace.
This entire hillside was draining into the ground behind the house. This water was saturating the dirt, and in this moist climate, was unable to dry.
Pooling water is visible as dead grass. This much water in the dirt was saturating the blocks and draining into the crawlspace.
This gutter drain was completely clogged with shingle granules. It was replaced.
This swale will keep water from saturating the dirt by directing it away from the house.
Grass seed was sown and straw was spread as soon as dirt work was complete.

This is the where the water drains on the garage side of the house.
